Groups app not working

I really want your group app for contacts but it after starting to work it is now says it is loading contacts does not open which is very disappointing What can I do?

There is something unusual about your contacts list, so we need to figure out what that is in order to fix it.

Some possibilities:
* Do you have a lot of contacts?
* Do your contact names or group names have non-english characters?
* Do you have any contacts/groups with no text at all?

It would also be helpful to know what kind of device you have, and where you sync your contacts (computer, gmail, work exchange, etc.)

I have the same problem. The app crashes while it says it's loading my contacts. In my case, I have over 1000 contacts, but none of the other issues seem to apply.

We have found the problem.

This is related to a safety measure Apple has put in place. If an app doesn't start up quickly enough, the app is shut down.

Currently this is when the contacts are loaded, so if you have a lot of contacts, the app gets shut down.

This is being tested and will make it into version 1.3
