Takeover is a strategy board game for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

The goal is to take over as many of your opponent's pieces as possible. Convert your opponent's pieces by moving around the board: when you move a piece to a new space, you take over all of your opponent's pieces touching that space. In a twist, moving one space replicates your piece but moving two spaces is a jump. Win the game by having more pieces than your opponent when the board is full, or make it so your opponent has nowhere to move.

Play against 1, 2, or 3 opponents, take on computer players in Easy, Medium or Hard difficulty. Takeover includes multiple piece sets and boards, so you can pick your favorite way to play the game. Choose a gem set, show your colors by playing blue donkey or red elephant, take on the challenge of a board with walls, and more! The piece sets on the right are all included with Takeover 1.0.

Planned updates to Takeover include Expert difficulty, new boards and piece sets, and a progressive Challenge Mode.

Takeover Lite is a limited version of Takeover that allows users to try the game free of charge. In Takeover Lite, you can play against 1 opponent on Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty. Two piece sets and two boards are included in Takeover Lite.
